Belgian retailer Bristol chooses Voyado's CXP
Founded in 1925, Bristol is a family-owned Belgian shoe and fashion retailer. In 2016, the company changed its name from Shoe Discount to Bristol as part of a re-branding strategy. Bristol offers a wide range of contemporary shoes, clothes, and accessories for the whole family.
Together with Voyado and Tailor Digital, Bristol’s ambition is to build closer and more personal relationships with their customers. They want to make sure to always communicate in a relevant way– not just sending generic newsletters. In addition, they have the ambitious goal of doubling their member base.

Bristol previously worked with a traditional marketing and email platform which limited them, especially when it came to handling and collecting relevant customer data. Due to this, it became challenging to understand their customers – and create relevant and personalized communication.
A requirement from Bristol was that their new solution should be easy to use and intuitive to make daily work smooth and efficient! They wanted the ability to create and roll out emails, newsletters, and automations quickly – without a large marketing department with programming knowledge.
