Durlinger Shoetime group, the holding company behind the four brands Durlinger Shoes, Shoetime Retail, Rieker, Schoenmaatjes and franchisee of Tamaris places its trust in Swedish Customer Experience Platform (CXP), Voyado.
The brands aim to create unified commerce between their physical and online traffic. Moreover, is it their ambition to build personal relationships with their customers for which Voyado is the perfect tool.

Reached a plateau with their former systems
DSG used to work with many local players but has now chosen to invest in Voyado as it is the most complete system in their range and perfectly matches their ambitions.
