Voyado Targets Year of Growth, Starting with New Partnership with Luca Faloni

Luca Faloni is a vertically integrated menswear brand that was established in 2014. It focuses on superior craftmanship and product longevity whilst delivering a true ‘Made in Italy’ proposition. The brand will be working with Voyado to focus on combining customer interactions and build customer loyalty. A key element of the partnership that Voyado will be delivering will be ensuring easy integration with the brands existing point of sale system.

Voyado’s growth comes at a time when customers are pushing back on the over use of tech and AI within their shopping experiences. Research conducted by Voyado found that only 4% of consumers have used a virtual try-on function and just 10% have used AI chatbots to support with questions about a product. The data suggests that retailers are being challenged more than ever to ensure they’re using the most effective channels to communicate with existing and potential customers.
