14:00   The Retail Wars Competition

💪 3 x 8-minute qualifying workouts (cardio-based, strength-based, and a mix of both)

🏃‍♀️ 2 x 15-minute semi-finals (wildcard workouts) 

🏅 1 x 20-minute final featuring the top 2 teams from each category competing head-to-head (wildcard workout)

16:30   Podium ceremony

17:00   Brand Journey Panel
