The global fashion giant decided on Voyado due to strong retail expertise

Headquartered in the hip Copenhagen district of Nørrebro, a neighborhood that underpins the brand’s democratic approach to fashion, the global brand Samsøe Samsøe is currently sold in more than 40 own stores and more than 1.600 retail spaces across 31 countries, as well as online.

With a nod to their Scandinavian heritage, Samsøe Samsøe is defined by a wearable aesthetic that combines the utilitarian ease of Copenhagen street style with a quintessentially Scandinavian spirit. Collections transcend trends, drawing on Denmark’s renowned design tradition to result in minimalistic, affordable, and accessible fashion.

With Voyado, Samsøe Samsøe aims to implement a true omnichannel customer experience, personalization strategies, and loyalty initiatives. Previously working in a complex environment that prevented them from executing these strategies, Voyado will create a foundation that will accelerate growth and retention, increase brand awareness and reduce technical complexity.

Unifying all customer data to power personal customer communication

“As we were looking to take the next steps in our personalization and loyalty journey, we realized our existing solution’s limitation when it came to efficient execution. We did a proper due diligence looking at multiple solutions in the market and decided on Voyado because of their strong focus on retail brands and native capabilities with integrations that matched our current and future needs,” says Javier Artal Herbella, Head of Business Development at Samsøe Samsøe.

In the first phase of the implementation project, Voyado will together with partners IMPACT and POS vendor Front Systems, integrate to both the e-commerce site and the physical stores to unify all customer data. And build the foundation to power personal and automated customer communication to relevant audiences in all channels. In the next phase, Samsøe Samsøe is planning to roll out their brand-new loyalty concept in all markets.
